The Management Committee of Merana holds a confirmation meetings each term  in order to provide members of the Aboriginal community an opportunity to apply for their Confirmation of Aboriginality. 

In order to apply an application form and supporting documents are required to be submitted to Merana. The applicants will then be contacted to attend the next available meeting to meet with the Management Committee and will be provide with an application to be passed by the Management Committee. A copy of all Confirmations is held by Merana and are confidential.
